Hello! Just wondering what you use your Tilia for, primarily? I've got a large, lovely tree blooming right now, and I'm curious what others do with it.
Well since this is the first time i've harvested and made medicine from it, here is what i have learned so far. it is a superior demulcent infusion. quite slimy in fact, and SOOOOOOOOOOOO delicious! it is a lovely calming nervine, and a diaphoretic good for during a cold/flu. some use it to lower blood pressure, but i think it is a relaxant for the stressed out person with tension that causes high blood pressure. mostly i just think it is lovely to drink and so moistening. it is lovely! fairy tea is how i'd describe it!
