Best Gluten Free bread ever!

Kiva gets props for this amazing recipie! It is delcious, moist, chewy, bready....and best of all GF and dairy free if you use coconut oil.

TRY IT, NOW! You won't be sorry!

I made this today for breakfast to go with greens and squash. Good warm and plain, or like my sweetie enjoyed it, topped with honey.

So so good! Soo simple, and so nutritious!
1 quarter of the recipie ( a fair hunk of the loaf) has 10 g protein, 9 g fiber, 10 g carb, and 22 g of healthy fats.

Yay!!!

Hey Darcey,

This looks fabulous! Just wondering what temp you chose to cook it at and for how long? (Says she of the old 1940's stove that has a personality of it's own LOL).

Oh perhaps 375 for 20 min.
Of course, I used the last of my flax seeds to make this today and NOT ONE SINGLE store in the entire town of Tucson has whole flaxseeds.
I found a 2 lb bag of ground bobs red mill seeds...but GRRRRRRRRRRRRR...i want WHOLE SEEDS! I guess i'll store these in the freezer meanwhile.
