I have been thinking a lot about that lately. I've been reading about chakras, and it's really obvious my throat chakra is way closed. And the thyroid is the main organ of the throat chakra, and the fact that it's swollen and makes me feel like I have a lump in my throat- well, if I didn't believe in the mind/body connection before now, I sure do now. And that all started back in college at the same time I was diagnosed with PCOS and depression... *ponderponder*<BR/><BR/>At any rate, I'm still learning how to open my heart, be vulnerable, and speak my mind again.
